📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Programming and operating CMMs to measure and inspect parts and components with high precision.
• Ensuring that all measurements and inspections meet the specified tolerances and standards.
• Documenting measurement results and providing detailed reports for quality control purposes.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless integration of CMM measurements into the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to CMM operations.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the measurement processes.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in CMM technology and implementing new methods as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMM programming and operation.
• Proficient in using CMM software such as Renishaw, Hexagon, or Mitutoyo.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Valid certification in CMM operation and programming is preferred.
