📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial management of our real estate and property operations in Bali, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for our properties, aligning them with our overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with our finance team to implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation, driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance our financial strategies and processes.
• Lead and mentor our finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and familiar with financial reporting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve its goals.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
