📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to guests with high attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
