📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop laboratory automation equipment using industry-standard tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new product designs.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in product testing and validation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and manufacturing engineering, preferably in the laboratory automation industry.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
• Experience with PLC programming and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
