📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs and learning styles of your students.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
• Utilize educational tools and software such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve your teaching skills.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your expertise.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with students and colleagues.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English, either in a formal or informal setting.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
• Knowledge of educational technology and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps.
• Certification in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or a similar teaching qualification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students of various ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
