📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing expert advice on our curated selection of luxury items.
• Manage the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the boutique clean and organized, ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and inviting manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor, ensuring that our inventory is accurately represented.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of product displays and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail industry, and share your insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and organization.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software, such as Lightspeed or Square.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
