Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.,Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and outcomes.,Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve performance.,Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on data findings and recommendations.,Mentor and train junior data analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate setting.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.,Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis and modeling.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex data challenges.
