  • Analyze and interpret complex business data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
