Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all processes are running efficiently and effectively,Develop and implement operational strategies to drive company growth,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations,Manage and mentor the operations team,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
