Sehati Hendra Digital is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Kendal. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by providing insights into employee skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia as needed.
