📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales counter operations,Provide excellent customer service and support,Achieve sales targets and KPIs,Train and mentor junior sales staff,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
