📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company training goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training and development software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
