📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Manage inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with online sales and customer service via our e-commerce platform.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-store and online).,Positive attitude and team player mentality.
