📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, while maintaining a positive work environment.,Support the HR manager in organizing and facilitating team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documents.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
