As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and financial management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and manage the hotel's budget and financial performance.,Ensure the hotel's reputation is maintained and enhanced through excellent guest service and marketing efforts.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Strong financial management and budgeting skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
