📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
