📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in managing HR data and reports.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
