📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
