📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave management.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and to address any HR-related issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
