📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and sales tracking.,Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the automotive spare parts industry is a plus.
