Indonesia Aluminium is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our aluminum production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of operational reports and performance metrics to senior management.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or operations sector.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and practices is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of responsibility.
