📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.,Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals.,Attend and participate in sales training and team meetings.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
