📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough and efficient AML checks on cryptocurrency transactions and trading activities.,Monitor and analyze transaction patterns to identify and report suspicious activities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement AML policies and procedures specific to the cryptocurrency and trading sectors.,Provide training and support to junior team members on AML best practices and regulatory updates.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AML regulations and industry best practices.,Work closely with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to investigate and resolve AML-related issues.,Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on AML activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML operations, preferably in the cryptocurrency and trading sectors.,Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance standards, including FATF and local regulations.,Proficiency in AML software and tools, such as AML screening software, data analytics tools, and compliance management systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
