📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP design specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address any issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Review and approve construction drawings and documents.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a strong background in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction software.
• Valid professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, S.E., or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
