📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project records.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination in construction projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) or hold relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
