📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Develop and implement standardized laboratory procedures and protocols.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses as required.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing laboratory operations.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
