📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect payments and resolve any issues
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with support and guidance

• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with our customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
